1. Scope
This policy applies to all use of WorkMate OS, including website access, accounts, AI employee workflows, prompts, files, automations, integrations, outputs, support, APIs and beta features.
2. Reasonable Use
Plans may include AI runs, messages, storage, automation, outputs, integrations or support described as fair use, included, unlimited or plan-aware. These benefits are intended for normal internal business use by the subscribing organisation.
Fair use is not a fixed public quota unless a plan states one. We assess usage by volume, frequency, compute cost, storage, automation intensity, risk, provider constraints and impact on other users.
3. AI and Automation Limits
We may apply model routing, rate limits, message limits, spending controls, file-size limits, queueing, throttling, output limits or review requirements to keep the service stable and commercially viable.

4. Prohibited Use
You must not use WorkMate OS for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, malicious, spam, credential theft, surveillance, exploitation or harmful activity.
- No scraping, bulk account creation, rate-limit bypassing, credential sharing or resale of access.
- No attempts to reverse engineer, attack, probe, overload or disrupt WorkMate OS or connected providers.
- No uploading malware, unlawful material, stolen data, payment card data or third-party confidential data unless the relevant feature and agreement allow it.
- No impersonation, phishing, spam, manipulative outreach, fake reviews, deceptive content or evasion of platform rules.
- No use for weapons, self-harm encouragement, extremist activity, sexual exploitation, child safety abuse or other harmful illegal activity.
5. High-Risk Decisions
You must not use WorkMate OS as the sole basis for decisions with legal, employment, credit, housing, insurance, medical, safety-critical, immigration, criminal justice or similarly significant effects unless a separate written agreement and appropriate human review process expressly allow it.
6. Human Approval and External Actions
External posting, sending, filing, payments, customer-data transmission or business-critical actions must be reviewed and approved by an authorised human where the product requires or where the risk makes approval appropriate.
You remain responsible for verifying recipients, instructions, claims, figures, legal statements, financial information and external communications before they are sent or relied on.
7. Enforcement
If usage creates risk or exceeds fair-use expectations, we may warn you, ask you to reduce usage, require a plan change, apply technical limits, pause specific workflows, suspend integrations, remove content or terminate access.
We may act immediately without prior notice where needed to protect the service, other users, providers, legal rights or public safety.
